Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service/Support Technician to perform client-site servicing, repair and installation of company product(s). This role covers system hardware and software, and may include medical or laboratory devices and equipment, as well as systems networking.

Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair and installation of company product(s).
• Provide technical support to customers on operational aspects of system equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.
• Determine most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
• Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
