Job summary

Scientific Games seeks a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, install and relocate equipment, and train customers on product operations. This role requires on-site visits, troubleshooting, and strong customer-focus.

You will perform repairs, manage service logs, and coordinate with the Data Center to ensure timely response. Responsibilities include extensive on-site field repairs, training of customers, and maintaining a professional appearance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Service lottery retail locations on-site; perform installs, removals and preventive maintenance.
• Repair and relocate equipment including POS, vending, and communication hardware.
• Provide customer training and ensure positive customer experience.
• Record service calls, logs, and report data problems to management.
• Maintain vehicle and drive in compliance with policy; work weekends/holidays as needed.
