Job summary

Budget Document Technology seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of digital office equipment across New Hampshire client sites. You will troubleshoot, install, and test copiers, printers, and multifunction devices while providing dependable network connectivity support and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Experience diagnosing and repairing office equipment or IT-enabled devices.
Comfort with electro-mechanical and IT systems and networking basics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Visit client sites to diagnose and repair multifunctional office equipment.
Set up and prep new copier/printer/scanner devices for installation.
Provide network connectivity support to devices on client networks.
Respond to service calls with courtesy and timeliness to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage tools and parts inventory in the vehicle; refurbish used equipment as needed.
Maintain current technical knowledge and complete training per territory.
