Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to join our team in a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a company vehicle and gas card. This hands-on position requires diagnosing and repairing copier devices at customer sites while representing the company with professionalism and care.

No prior experience required, training provided; strong problem-solving and customer-service skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of multifunctional copier devices.
• Maintain an assigned service territory and provide a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and internal teams to ensure customer service needs are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and service documentation.
• Follow established service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
• Represent Applied Innovation positively in all customer interactions, serving as the face of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
