Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation and relocation of equipment at lottery retailers.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on all equipment aspects.
• Record service calls and communicate problems to management; match products to customer needs.
• Work with customers to minimize downtime and build long-lasting relationships.
