Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations on-site. You will install, repair, and relocate equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and provide customer training.

You will manage service calls, troubleshoot communications within retail sites, and maintain records. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug test required.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery vehicle.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Handle client-site service calls at lottery retailer locations (installations, removals, maintenance).
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate service value to customers.
• Perform field repair including terminals, communications equipment, and peripherals with limited supervision.
• Maintain vehicle and logs; coordinate with Data Center for timely service delivery.
• Train customers and assist in onboarding new staff as needed.
