Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II to join the Greensboro, NC team. You will travel to customer sites to maintain, service, and repair office equipment, with a focus on printers, copiers, and related devices across the territory.

You will diagnose issues, perform installations and upgrades, and provide on-site training, while rebuilding components at the shop when needed. A strong mechanical aptitude and customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in technical repair, service, or installation of copier/office equipment (preferred).
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide printer and copier maintenance, service, and repairs to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and carry out installations and upgrades.
• Make modifications, remove old units, and retrofit existing hardware.
• Complete field calls according to priority while practicing effective time management.
• Continuously enhance your technical skills for field assignments.
• Rebuild components at the shop.
