You will supervise scheduling, training, and equipment readiness while ensuring SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives are followed. This role also involves hiring participation and training tracking to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree and 5+ years of related field service experience.
• Ability to lead a field team and manage SOPs, KPI and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Manages service personnel to meet customer expectations.
• Ensures technicians have proper training and certifications.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel.
• Ensures proper equipment and tools are provided for jobs.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Assists in customer surveys and reviews jobs for quotes.
• Participates in hiring Field Service Technicians.
• Tracks training for each technician.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
