Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a field team of technicians in delivering high-quality service. The role involves implementing best practices, ensuring SOPs and KPIs are followed, and driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

The ideal candidate has an associate’s degree and 5+ years of field service experience, with strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities. A valid driver’s license and DOT considerations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field service team to meet SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Oversee training, hiring, and performance of technicians.
• Schedule jobs and assign personnel to tasks.
• Ensure technicians have proper certifications and equipment for jobs.
• Review quotes and assist with customer surveys with Manager.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across field work.
