Job summary

Motion is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a field service team, oversee technicians, and ensure work aligns with SOPs, KPI targets and Lean Six Sigma programs. The role involves hiring, training, and ensuring proper certifications for all technicians, with a strong focus on safety and quality in field operations.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree and 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination, and will coordinate with management on quotes and service

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service team and oversee technicians to meet SOPs, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.
• Schedule service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties.
• Ensure technicians have proper training and certifications for the job.
• Provide equipment and tools required to perform jobs safely.
• Participate in hiring new Field Service Technicians and track training.
