Job summary

Motion is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in performing service tasks efficiently and safely. The role involves hiring, training, coordinating job schedules, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma practices.

The supervisor will collaborate with management to review quotes, track training, and ensure high customer satisfaction in field operations.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service team to ensure effective technician performance.
• Hire, train, and develop field technicians.
• Schedule service jobs and assign personnel.
• Ensure proper equipment and safety procedures are followed.
• Review jobs for quotes with Manager/Account Specialist.
• Maintain training records for each technician.
• Support customer surveys and relate feedback to the team.
