Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Spokane Valley is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a field service team of technicians. Under limited supervision, you will oversee hiring, training, and ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma programs.

You will schedule service jobs, assign personnel, verify proper training and certifications, and review jobs for quotes in collaboration with the Manager and Account Specialist.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate's degree and five (5) or more years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices to enhance business growth.
• Manages service personnel to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensures technicians have proper training and certifications.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to duties.
• Ensures proper equipment and tools are provided for work safely.
• Participates with Manager in hiring Field Service Technicians.
• Tracks training for each technician.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
