Job summary

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and reviewing jobs for quotes, while managing equipment, safety, and training records for each technician. This is a hands-on supervisory position with direct and indirect reports.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate's degree and five (5) or more years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to manage field crews.
• Familiarity with SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.
• Manages service personnel to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensures technicians have proper training and certifications.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs.
• Provides equipment and tools needed to perform jobs correctly and safely.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Reviews jobs for quotes with Manager and/or Account Specialist.
• Participates in hiring new Field Service Technicians.
• Tracks training for each technician.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
