Job summary
Motion Industries is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a field service team, oversee technicians, and ensure efficient, compliant service delivery. You will help drive training, certification tracking, and adherence to SOPs and KPIs while coordinating with management on quotes and staffing.
The role requires an associate degree and 5+ years of related experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree plus 5+ years of related experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in the field and lead a team in dynamic environments.
- Experience with SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma programs.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements best practices to enhance business growth.
- Manages service personnel to meet customer expectations and requirements.
- Ensures technicians have proper training and certifications.
- Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties.
- Ensures service personnel have proper equipment and tools and work safely.
- Participates in hiring Field Service Technicians and tracks training.
- Reviews jobs for quotes with Manager/Account Specialist.
