Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate's degree and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading field service teams and managing technicians is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.
• Manages service personnel to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensures proper training and certifications for all technicians.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific duties.
• Ensures service personnel have proper equipment and tools for safe, correct work.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Assists in customer surveys and reviews jobs for quotes.
• Participates in hiring Field Service Technicians.
• Tracks training for each technician.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
