Job summary

Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in the field, ensuring work is completed effectively and in compliance with SOPs and KPI targets.

You will guide hiring, training, and ongoing development, while coordinating service activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years in field service management.
• Experience coordinating service tasks and leading technicians in the field.
• Knowledge of SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices to enhance growth.
• Manages service personnel to meet customer expectations.
• Ensures technicians have training and certifications.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel.
• Ensures proper equipment and tools are available.
• Adheres to SOPs, KPI programs and Lean Six Sigma.
