Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service technicians to ensure work is performed effectively.
• Manage service personnel to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensure technicians are trained and certified for job needs.
• Schedule service jobs and assign personnel to tasks.
• Provide equipment and tools required to perform jobs safely.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Assist in customer surveys and review jobs for quotes.
• Participate in hiring field service technicians.
• Track training for each technician.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
