Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a field service team and oversee technicians to ensure work is performed effectively. The role involves participation in hiring, training, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs.

The position requires an associate's degree and multiple years of related experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to manage field operations and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate's degree and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.
• Manages service personnel to ensure they meet customer’s expectations and requirements.
• Ensures that every technician has the proper training and certifications to meet the needs of the job.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties.
• Ensures that service personnel are provided the proper equipment and tools needed to perform jobs correctly and safely.
• Ensures the service team adheres to SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Assists Manager and/or Account Specialist in customer surveys and is able to review jobs for quotes.
• Participates with Manager in hiring new Field Service Technicians.
• Tracks all training for each technician.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
