Qualifications

• Requires an associate's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and KPI programs preferred.
• Ability to manage field teams and ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service technicians and assign jobs.
• Ensure SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma standards are followed.
