Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a field service team and ensure work is performed efficiently in Spokane Valley, WA. You will schedule jobs, assign personnel, and ensure technicians are trained and certified to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities include hiring support, tracking technician training, and reviewing quotes with management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate's degree and five or more years of related experience.
• Ability to work with the team in the field when the need arises.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skill required.
• Good communication skills required.
• Excellent driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service team and oversee technicians to ensure their work is performed effectively.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties.
• Ensures technicians have proper training and certifications.
• Assist Manager in hiring Field Service Technicians.
• Tracks all training for each technician.
• Review jobs for quotes with Manager and/or Account Specialist.
• Adheres to SOPs, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs.
