Job summary

Motion in Spokane Valley, WA, seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead a field service team and ensure technicians perform safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

Under limited supervision, you’ll schedule jobs, assign personnel, manage training and certifications, and monitor KPIs and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. You’ll help hire new technicians, maintain equipment, and review quotes with the Manager and Account Specialist as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 5+ years of related field service experience.
• Knowledge of field service duties and processes.
• Ability to work with field teams and partners.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and clear-headed in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices to enhance business growth.
• Manages service personnel to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensures technicians have proper training and certifications.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to duties.
• Provides proper equipment and tools for safe, correct job performance.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Assists Manager and Account Specialist in customer surveys and quotes review.
• Participates with Manager in hiring new Field Service Technicians.
• Tracks training for each technician.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to SOPs, KPIs, Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Assists in hiring new Field Service Technicians and reviews quotes.
