Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate's degree with 5+ years in field service leadership.
• Experience managing a team of field technicians and coordinating service jobs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices to grow service business.
• Manages service personnel to meet customer expectations.
• Ensures technicians have proper training and certifications.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Assists with hiring and reviews quotes.
• Tracks training for each technician.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
