Qualifications

• 3-5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems
• Solid technical skills in fire alarm/electronic security systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Able to work with limited supervision and drive results
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine customer service calls and maintenance events
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts
• Install projects as necessary and ensure timely service reports
• Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems
• Collaborate with team members to improve operations and cross-train
