Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC seeks a full-time Service Specialist to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, performing maintenance, and completing small projects. You will join a dynamic team and contribute to our culture while growing with the company.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and install security and access control systems, documenting work and staying compliant with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Solid technical skills related to fire alarm systems and electronic security systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, routine maintenance, and after-hours calls in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts on installed systems.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, and basic project work as needed.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
