• Ability to develop basic programming skills and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, diagnose, repair, replace defective parts, and install projects as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Prepare accurate and detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Provide system integrations, upgrades, audits, and consultation as needed, including network systems support.
