Graybar seeks a Service Representative Off-Site to be the primary customer contact and ensure total satisfaction. You will handle orders, pricing, billing, and delivery coordination across client sites to meet customer needs.

When undeployed, you work from the nearest Graybar branch; deployments to client sites nationwide can last weeks to months, with overtime typical on-site. This role suits someone with warehouse experience and strong service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year experience required; 4+ years experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Required counter sales skills/customer service skills and warehouse material handler skills.
• Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services; fill customer merchandise requirements; act as a resource for new representatives.
• Coordinate prompt handling of customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and order maintenance.
• Perform all shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance duties; evaluate inventory requirements and balance merchandise.
• May perform Delivery Driver duties; operate a light van to deliver customer orders and meet expectations.
• Update knowledge of products through training and self-study; train new representatives.
