Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Service Representative Off-Site to serve as a key customer liaison, ensuring total satisfaction. When undeployed, you will work from the nearest Graybar branch to your home location; deployments to client sites nationwide may last weeks to months.

You may also assist clients at local sites and handle inventory in a 40-foot Conex box, with potential long absences for client needs. Standard office hours apply when undeployed at a branch; deployed hours vary, with 40–70 hours

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience; 4+ preferred.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Strong counter sales and warehouse handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services; fulfill customer merchandise requirements.
• Coordinate prompt handling of customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and order maintenance.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance; evaluate inventory levels and balance merchandise.
