Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions (CES) in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Field Service team and drive successful project execution across our Center of Excellence. This role reports to the Senior Director Program Management and collaborates with field technicians, hub managers, sales, customers, suppliers, and contractors.

You will coordinate field service schedules, manage documents and data entry in ERP/CRM/quoting systems, and ensure training and compliance

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical, mechanical, or business-related field or applicable admin experience.
• 1–3 years in office or administrative settings.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organization, math, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Field Project Manager with project duties.
• Maintain field service schedules and the department calendar in Outlook.
• Manage documents including presentations, project files, certs, BOMs, PO/ship docs, timecards, and expenses.
• Enter data into ERP, CRM, and quoting systems; process POs and invoices.
• Coordinate field service materials and jobs; solve key issues with vendors and customers.
• Maintain training and compliance records.
