Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions in Allentown, PA seeks a Field Service Project Manager Assistant to support the field service team and coordinate project execution. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Director Program Management and focuses on administration and scheduling.

Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, managing project documents and data entry into ERP/CRM, handling quotes and BOMs, and coordinating materials and vendor communications to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical, mechanical, or business-related field.
• 1–3 years in office or administrative roles.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support field service project schedules and maintain department calendar in Outlook.
• Help manage documents: drawings, bills of material, purchase orders, shipping docs, timecards.
• Assist data entry into ERP/CRM and handle quotes, estimates, BOMs; process POs and customer orders.
• Coordinate field service materials and jobs; assist with issue resolution.
