Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions, a Dover corporation unit, seeks a Field Service Project Manager Assistant in Allentown, PA. You will support field project managers with schedules, documents, and data entry across ERP/CRM systems, while coordinating with technicians, hub managers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or applicable administrative experience.
• 1–3 years in office or administrative settings.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent organization, math, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Project Manager with field service schedules and calendar management.
• Manage department documents: presentations, drawings, BOMs, POs, shipping docs and timecards.
• Enter data into ERP/CRM systems; process quotes, estimates and BOMs.
• Coordinate field service materials and jobs; support vendor and customer coordination.
• Maintain training and compliance records.
