Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Exhibits patience, empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute the shipping process and packaging of parts.
• Understand channel planning and how it works.
• Understand indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Explain KPIs and metrics and their significance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to promote clear communication.
• Identify and order the correct part for repairs.
• Bin parts and understand Rivian BIN scheme.
• Perform daily counts and use Rivian tools.
