Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating field personnel and travel logistics.
• Working knowledge of work-order systems and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% within the U.S. and Canada and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, prioritize, and manage service requests and work orders from initiation through completion.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians for commissioning, warranty, preventive maintenance, emergency service, upgrades, retrofits, and customer training.
• Coordinate technician travel, lodging, transportation, calendars, and resource availability.
• Serve as the primary scheduling contact for customers and communicate confirmations, arrival updates, and schedule changes.
• Maintain service records, review field reports, and track warranty and service-contract requirements.
• Verify labor, travel, and material costs; prepare completed work orders for billing and coordinate timely invoicing with Accounting.
• Track service performance metrics and recommend improvements to scheduling, systems, and workflows.
