Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support operations across U.S. and international sites.

You will coordinate onsite visits, manage technician schedules, handle equipment logistics, and liaise with Field Services, Customer Success, Help Desk, and third‑party resources to ensure smooth onsite execution. You will help prioritize requests, ensure access and documentation are ready, and provide ongoing coordination for project and engineering support, across multiple regions and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in coordination, scheduling, operations, or field services.
• Experience coordinating multiple resources, schedules, or work assignments across locations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing, PSA, scheduling, or service-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Services onsite commitments in accordance with service agreements and operational requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate onsite visits across U.S. regions and international locations.
• Ensure field team and onsite resources have equipment, access information, documentation, and requirements.
• Create and maintain templates, processes, and workflows for scheduling and automation.
• Review onsite summaries and ensure follow-up items are assigned and completed.
• Audit tickets and time entries for accuracy and invoicing readiness.
• Serve as primary operational coordination point for Field Services.
