Job summary

IEM invites you to join a team delivering field service for complex power projects. This role supports site operations, coordinating labor, materials, and documentation to keep commissioning and startup on schedule.

You will work with field leads and customers, monitor milestones, communicate risks, and maintain safety and quality throughout project execution. Travel up to 50% may be required; a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or two-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience supporting on-site operations in construction, field service, commissioning, or a related environment.
• Experience coordinating labor, materials, schedules, and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations with Field Service Leads and leadership.
• Review schedules and site requirements to align resources.
• Monitor milestones and open items to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate potential delays, staffing gaps, or material shortages.
• Maintain jobsite documentation and reports, and ensure timely submission.
