Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Service Coordinator in Elgin, Texas to support daily service operations by coordinating technician schedules, managing service requests, and ensuring timely delivery of work. This role acts as the main hub between customers, field technicians, and internal teams for accurate scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with experience in service coordination or dispatch.
• Experience coordinating schedules, dispatching resources, and managing real-time changes.
• Proficiency with dispatch software (ServiceTrade, FieldEdge) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate clearly with customers.
• Background in electrical service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency service requests.
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, location, and job priority.
• Serve as main customer contact for service requests, scheduling, and status updates.
• Maintain real-time scheduling tools, dispatch logs, and technician calendars.
• Track work orders from dispatch through completion and billing readiness.
• Communicate ETAs, delays, and status updates to customers and teams.
• Coordinate parts and equipment with warehouse and purchasing teams.
• Monitor progress and escalate scheduling conflicts as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of work orders, labor, and job details for billing and costing.
• Assist in processing completed work orders and billing documentation.
