• 3–5+ years elevator industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading field teams in elevator projects.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and oversee New Equipment field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
• Supervise installation teams and field mechanics, driving performance and productivity.
• Manage project financial performance, including profitability and working capital.
• Develop and maintain a strong safety culture through training, audits, inspections.
• Coordinate resources: labor forecasting, scheduling, materials, purchase orders.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to support project success.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain quality.
• Assist with estimating, planning, and contingency development.
