Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking an operations leader to drive productivity and performance of new equipment projects at the Anaheim location.

You will oversee field operations, installation teams, safety, and project financials to achieve customer satisfaction and business results. The role requires 3–5+ years in elevator or equivalent field leadership, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years elevator industry experience or equivalent in field leadership
• 5+ years in construction or related field leading field teams
• Education combinations accepted: 2-year +5 yrs; 4-year +3 yrs; or HS diploma with elevator background
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Lead New Equipment field operations ensuring safe, efficient project execution
• Supervise installation teams and field mechanics to drive performance
• Manage project financial performance including profitability and working capital
• Develop and maintain a strong safety culture with field training and audits
• Coordinate resources: labor forecasting, scheduling, materials, PO management
• Build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop corrective actions
• Assist with estimating, planning, and contingency development
