Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Manager of Service Operations to lead day-to-day field service for a team of about 10 mechanics in the downtown Phoenix area. You will coordinate labor, service visits, and field activities while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires elevator industry knowledge or relevant mechanical experience, with a preference for candidates who can grow into operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Elevator industry knowledge/experience required.
• Mechanical or technical background in related fields considered.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field service operations for ~10 elevator mechanics.
• Coordinate labor resources, service visits, and field activities.
• Support resolution of inspection-related corrections and service requests.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service across operations.
• Develop relationships with field staff, customers, and internal partners.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complex service situations.
• Use Salesforce/CRM and scheduling systems to assign work.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to service delivery.
