Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of field service professionals delivering safe, efficient service to customers and meeting commercial goals. You will partner with sales, operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, and support teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership development, process discipline, and data-driven decision making to optimize service delivery, cost control, and margins while maintaining the highest safety

Formación

• Proven field service or technical operations leadership with team development
• Ability to manage competing customers, projects, priorities, and operational demands
• Strong customer engagement, communication, coaching, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and data-based decision-making

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, efficient field service delivery and oversee ~10 Field Engineers and Supervisors plus ~35 extended team
• Lead coaching, recruitment, retention, and competency development to build capability and a safety-focused culture
• Strengthen customer relationships and deliver service-contract commitments while driving growth and profitability
• Use KPIs and data to drive technician productivity, utilization and process improvements
• Champion safety and ensure compliance with policies, standards and audits
