Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient field service delivery and optimize workforce planning, metrics, and tools to meet commitments.
• Develop and coach field service professionals, recruiting and succession planning while maintaining safety culture.
• Strengthen customer relationships, resolve escalations, and deliver service-contract commitments; drive growth and profitability.
• Use KPIs and data to improve technician productivity and execution; collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and data quality.
