Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team delivering safe, high-quality field service across a ~$25M P&L. You will direct ~10 Field Engineers and Supervisors plus an extended team, driving performance, optimization, and customer satisfaction.

You will coach for capability, recruit and retain talent, and foster an inclusive culture while partnering with sales, operations, and engineering to meet business objectives.

Qualificações

• Proven field service or technical operations leadership; ability to drive team development and operational improvements.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, coaching, and data-based decision making.
• Experience managing competing customers, projects, priorities, and operational demands.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, efficient field service delivery and manage a P&L of ~$25M with ~45 engineers across the team.
• Coach and develop field service staff, build capability, and foster an inclusive, safety-focused culture.
• Strengthen customer relationships, meet service commitments, and drive revenue and margin improvements.
