Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of field service professionals delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service to customers. The role drives operational performance, customer satisfaction, business growth, and employee development through strong leadership and strategic planning.

The position partners with sales, operations, engineering and more to achieve customer objectives and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven field service or technical operations leadership.
• Ability to manage competing customers, projects, priorities, and demands.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, coaching, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient field service delivery for a ~$25M P&L, directing ~10 Field Engineers and Supervisors and an extended team of ~35 Field Engineers.
• Coach and develop field service professionals with clear expectations and feedback.
• Strengthen customer relationships, meet service commitments, and drive revenue and margin by forecasting and cost control.
• Use KPIs and data to improve technician productivity, utilization, and quality; collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.
