Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of field service engineers and supervisors, delivering safe, efficient service and achieving customer and business objectives. You will drive performance through strategic planning, KPI tracking, and disciplined execution while developing talent and fostering a safety-focused culture.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, and support functions to optimize service delivery, manage a ~$25M P&L, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Proven field service or technical operations leadership with team development.
• Ability to manage competing customers, projects, priorities, and operational demands.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, coaching, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and data-based decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe, efficient field service delivery for a ~$25M P&L, directing ~10 Field Engineers and Supervisors and an extended team of ~35 Field Engineers.
• Lead, coach, and develop field service professionals through clear expectations, feedback, accountability, and technical guidance.
• Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships, understand needs, resolve escalations, and deliver service-contract commitments.
• Use KPIs and operational data to improve technician productivity, utilization, competency, and execution.
• Champion safety and ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, procedures, regulations, and audit requirements.
