Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage service requests from initiation to completion, scheduling technicians efficiently and coordinating with Team Leads. You will collaborate with the Service Team Manager to meet customer expectations while optimizing resources and profitability.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and excellent communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.
• Ability to manage a large number of projects and issues with tact and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work based on financial impact to business goals.
• Experience in project accounting or costing is desired.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks and goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service requests from initiation to service completion, guiding technician scheduling with guidance from Team Leads.
• Partner with Service Team Manager to ensure timely completion of work to customer expectations.
• Monitor performance and customer satisfaction, adjusting processes to optimize cost and service quality.
• Receive customer requests, determine needs, and assign the appropriate technician or team lead.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with creation of L&M quotations and maintain customer account information up to date.
• Support business reviews, billing, and customer retention activities.
