Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to help keep service operations organized and customer-focused. You will coordinate service requests, manage documentation, and assist with scheduling, orders, and invoicing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with CRC, service leaders, and vendors to ensure timely support and smooth workflow across the branch. Strong administrative and CRM experience are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate of Arts degree or college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in Sales, Operations, or Administration.
• Knowledge or experience with a CRM tool such as Siebel or Salesforce.com.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of end-users.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cash and collections activities and related administrative follow-up.
• Track safety statistics, training, inventory counts, and vehicle records.
• Generate on-call schedules and update service schedules.
• Schedule customer service requests from initiation to completion with CRC.
• Manage customer orders, shipments, and new account setup.
• Support technician scheduling, resource productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer surveys, AR/AP tasks, COI requests, and service admin tasks.
