Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to help keep service operations organized and customer-focused in Columbia, SC. You will coordinate service requests from initiation through completion, manage documentation, and partner with CRC, service leaders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely support.

Key duties include scheduling, invoicing support, inventory tracking, and assisting with AR/AP tasks while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/ college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in Sales, Operations, or Admin.
• CRM experience with Siebel or Salesforce.com.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cash and collections activities and follow-up.
• Track safety statistics, training, and inventory records.
• Generate on-call schedules and update service schedules.
• Schedule customer service requests from initiation to completion.
• Process shipments and support new customer account setup.
• Assist with vendor invoices, AR/AP tasks, and COI requests.
• Support parts ordering and RMAs; track tool returns.
• Assist with report tracking and fleet administration.
