Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Coordinator to receive customer requests, schedule labor, and coordinate technicians. You will clearly communicate plans and services to customers and ensure work meets expectations with timely follow-up.

The role requires strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal communication to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong organizational and detail skills.
• Must have 2+ years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or scheduling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests for service and coordinate labor scheduling.
• Communicate action plans and services to be provided directly to the customer.
• Ensure work is performed to customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Maintain customer account information to support call management and scheduling.
