Job summary

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Systems Specialist. You will service analog and digital copiers, facsimiles, multifunctional and connected digital products.

You will travel locally daily to customer sites, perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and firmware upgrades, and coordinate with management to meet customer needs. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication with customers and management.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outside area for training.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs and printers.
• Install and de-install equipment; troubleshoot networking issues on Windows/Mac.
• Load print drivers, clone files, transfer address books, and upgrade firmware.
• Maintain accurate territory inventory and respond to service calls promptly.
• Travel daily to customer sites and communicate effectively with customers.
