The position emphasizes customer communication, scheduling efficiency, and adherence to company policies to drive productivity and satisfaction. Experience with Caterpillar products is beneficial.

Formación

• Five years of hands-on supervisory experience in a field environment.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities to optimize productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar product lines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop the department personnel.
• Receive and respond to customer requests or inquiries on equipment repairs.
• Assist in determination of needed repairs and timing of repairs.
• Assign and schedule equipment and personnel to shop repairs.
• Devise work schedules for field repairs considering parts and travel.
