Job summary

Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead our Field Service Technicians and oversee daily department operations. You will interact with customers, guide the service team, and drive training initiatives to keep the team highly capable.

In this role, you will contribute to process reviews to improve efficiency and service quality, ensuring customers are back to work quickly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have prior industry knowledge of the products and a technical background of the products sold and serviced.
• Some supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead our team of Field Service Technicians and manage day-to-day Field Service operations.
• Communicate with customers and lead service staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and train field technicians and participate in process reviews for efficiency.
